To use RenderApex AI Studio, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information via WorkOS AuthKit / Google OAuth.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
• Creating multiple duplicate accounts to repetitively exploit free promotional token allocations is strictly prohibited.

RenderApex operates on a flexible, prepaid token credit model designed for architectural studios and designers:

• Token Consumption: Generating 1 standard architectural render consumes 1 token.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed in INR through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Applicable taxes (GST) are calculated at checkout.
• Token Expiration: Purchased tokens never expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
• Non-Transferability: Tokens are tied to your authenticated account and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

We strive to provide reliable and high-fidelity rendering outputs. Because tokens provide immediate digital computational resources, our refund terms are as follows:

• Failed Renderings: If an AI generation fails due to a server error, timeout, or system failure on our platform, your consumed token is automatically returned/credited back to your balance immediately without requiring manual support intervention.
• Unused Token Bundles: If you purchase a token bundle and have not consumed any tokens from that order, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting billing@renderapex.ai.
• Subjective Dissatisfaction: Generative AI outputs vary based on prompt clarity and source geometry. While we cannot issue cash refunds for tokens already consumed on completed generations, our team provides prompt refinement guidance.

You agree not to use RenderApex AI Studio to:

• Upload or generate explicit, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise our infrastructure, rate-limits, or API endpoints.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model weights and proprietary prompt engineering pipelines.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to generate or harvest platform assets.
